Hi Real Estate Travelers,

My name is Tim Freund and I’m a California real estate professional since 1990.  I’ve created The Real Estate Conversation to share my thoughts and get feedback from other folks who’ve got questions and comments on our real estate market.  Most of my discussion will be geared to our local market along the Los Angeles/Ventura county line, but I will comment on legislation, Case/Shiller, design trends and other relevant articles that I come across.
